The Geological Survey of Finland started to use Spatineo Monitor

The Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) has made an agreement for Spatineo Monitor as a continuous contract. GTK serves as a national centre for Finnish geoscience data. Their mission is to produce and disseminate geological information for industry and society that promotes the systematic and sustainable use of national crustal resources. “GTK started using Spatineo Monitor to improve the availability and to monitor the use of its spatial data services, as well as to further develop the usability of geological spatial information”, explains Eero Lampio, the Specialist Planner at GTK. In addition, he tells Spatineo Monitor to be applied to gather the usage information about WMS interfaces for INSPIRE reporting. GTK started with Spatineo Monitor at the beginning of October 2014.
